Good place to learn Healthcare IT

A typical day at work would be very busy and stressful.I learned a lot such as: working with active directory, creating ID and assigning new users to the correct organizational groups, I worked with the Cerner application modules, I learned how to troubleshoot VPN connections, different PC and peripheral troubleshooting skills and customer service skills. Management needs to work on communication skills and promote workers based on factual statistics. Co-workers were very supportive and willing to help each other. The hardest part of the job was trying to remain positive through the lack of advancement. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the customers and learning new technology.

Good company

Currently I am in a position that I was transferred to since my skill set was need in this deptMost managers are fair and understandingLike my co-workers - easy to get along with. We work together well and help each other on a daily basis to balance our work loadHardest part of my job is that I do not have projects to work on - I set up users in a clinical application everyday and really want to work in an environment where I can work on projects with a little diversityThe most enjoyable part of the job is my team lead - working for her wants to work harder to please her. She is very good leader
