June 05, 2014 by Anonymous We were a small country hospital , but we handled heat attacks to drownings ,and car wrechs on a scale of 1-10 it's E.R. under my shift was a 8 . The management was weak in their skills ,and was alway getting written up for bad films management worked first shift .
