top-notch behavioral health unit that truly makes a difference in the community it serves

Very dedicated and compassionate staff and physicians. The knowledge I have obtained is invaluable. Management was very intuned to needs of nurses and patients.typical day on the units varied due to different case loads. Very fast paced and organized. Good teamwork mentality. Hardest part of my job was being very patient with Alzheimer's patients, who have very repetitive questions/behaviors that could be detrimental to others. Safety of staff and other patients was a top priority, and our security team are unbeatable. The compassion shown was unbelievable. Loved this hospital. I hate to leave, but we are relocating.

very detail oriented and great work environment

I learn that everyone worked as a team, no complains, if I could, I sure would go back to work with this team.It was continue communication with team players trying to follow one goal, patient's well being.The hardest part of my job was leaving my job to come back to California.The most enjoyable was having a place to pray, I enjoy going to the chapel before and after work.
