A place that is their for a small community around them and provides good care

you knew who was working and their strengths and weaknesses and how each of us knew we could rely on the other for help, information, and skills when ever the need was there. The hardest part of my job was not having enough hands at times to handle the patient load and the er and the phone and walk ins to the er, and critical patients as I felt they should be handled, but the staff I worked with made it work no matter what was thrown ourway. The most enjoyable part of the job was the patients and the staff. Something different something new. and the patients knew you too. We just came under new management and he is working to improve our facility and we need to change to survive in the new medicine laws, and the director of nursing and the CEO are doing just that . I learned that as an employee and a person I matter to the facility I work for and with.

Great Doctors poor financial department

People have enough problems making ends meet these people send your bills straight to collections. They definitely need to improve customer service.
