Positive work environment with flexible scheduling.

Even on my busiest days at work, I leave there loving my job. The managers are wonderful and provide a positive work environment. They actually recognize and acknowledge when you are doing a good job. The co-workers work together as a team to get things done. The most enjoyable part of the job for me, is knowing that I help make a difference in people's lives. The hardest part of the job, of course, is trying not to cry when family members do (for example, hospice patients).
