Productive, Great environment, busy

Interning at Fox Chase cancer center was an incredibly valuable experience. I gained experience in all aspects of marketing, from basic office duties to video production. My superiors and co-workers were friendly and gave me tasks that challenged me on a daily basis.

Videogrpaher and editor

Shoot and edit video for patient infromation and education. Most of this content is web based. I have learned to how to post and manage our video content for the you tube channel we have . We are a small department with only six employees. We supply Fox Chase with print, photo and video content. I have always said that my hardest part of my day is driving to work. The most enjoyable part of my day is knowing that I have helped cancer patients gain knowleadge about their cancer.

Information on different types of cancer were always available to those who seeked information.

I learnt a lot at the Fox Chase Cancer Center during my senior internship. I was a Health Educator who provided patients, families, and people from the community with information on various types of cancer. Information was always available in booklet form or through research from different cancer websites. The experience taught me to be more confident and more knowledgable of cancers I never heard about. Fox Chase is a great place to work and help others.
