A Family like work place

From the start all departments were friendly with each other. Spending time outside of work together. The hours were flexible and the supervisors tried to keep everyone happy. 12 hour shifts three days a week for full time employment was started about in 1996. I enjoyed the extra days off but 12 hours is a long day in critical care. Also I didn't like being pulled to another unit when staffing needs came up.

Great coordination within the treatment team.

Great opportunity to work closely with families. 12 hour shifts allowed greater work / home life balance. Coworkers with experience were helpful in transition to work with a new population.

working for this facility was educational as far as working with children. My coworkers were wonderful and very skillful. I learned about some different childhood diseases.

It is a nice small community hospital that taught me a lot. It is my backbone.

ok place to work

Pretty nice place to work.. Like Frankford Campus better than Bucks
