Hometown feeling

JRMC was a nice place to work at. On any given day, you would find a person from administration having lunch with the employees. Very small hospital that treated everyone like family.

Home Health At Johnson Regional M. C.

I liked the aspect of caring for patients at JCRMC; but Home Health was just not an enjoyable job for me. The patients that I saw were not usually friendly, and my patients were scattered out. The distance I had to drive was an issue to me. I would loved to have had the opportunity to advance and work on the floor of the hospital, unfortunately that was not offered to me before I quit.
