Co-workers for the most part are great people, probably the best part about this facility. 1. Management. If you work here, expect them to be demeaning in about every interaction they have with you. They preach "open communication" but there is no dialogue. You either agree, or you don't fit in their plans. Professionalism is nowhere to be found. On multiple occasions staff meetings included certain higher-ups telling quality employees to "shut up" in front of their co-workers. 2. Burn-out It happens because of frequent call-offs from staff. It's a vicious cycle. High patient acuity that the management is out of touch with.
