EMERGENCY NURSE REVIEW

Management genuinely tries to make hospital wide changes affecting our department like holding patients, sepsis/mi/stroke protocols. Management is understanding and supportive. Not too many cliques, lots of travel nurse to take crummy assignments! Opportunity for edu Awesome Union! A lot of travel nurses that need orienting and don't know the flow of the ER. It's a teaching hospital full of arrogant residents. It's a pro doc hospital not pro nurses. Customer service is a huge priority. Changing policies every week.

Beware - cancels contract

Vaccine clinic review: no training for oncoming staff, MAs and new grads allowed to administer improper techniques. CANCELLED OVER 50 TRAVEL CONTRACTS IN ONE DAY. Plays favorites, cliquey, unsafe. Your contract will get cancelled ! Beware!
