Productive place to worl

This was my extern site once I finshed school. This was a specialty practice which included allergy shots and testing and a doctor with three residents who specialized in Ear, Nose, and Throat. The staff was very small but also very friendly,. The staff included, two medical assistants, one receptionist, and one office manager. A typical day included patient charting, sterilization of instruments, giving injections, creating new charts, patient confirmations, bliing and coding, patient placement and other similar tasks. I learned how to create charts, learning how to do allergy test. The most important thing I learned was how the office ran each day and what days the doctor would see patients. The management of this establishment was very easy to get along with and also was very knowledge and capable of being respnsible of the job she possed. I enjoyed working along side the medical assistants and receptionist. The hardest part of my job was that staying busy, on some days things would move slowly and I would have patients in rooms waiting. The most enjoyable part was to give injections. I love to do clinical work.
