Professional Company with Family and Friends Workplace Atmosphere

I loved working at UVRMC inpatient pharmacy. I worked here as a technician and then again later as an intern. Intermountain really supports their employees and our focus was really to have a good friend at work. They focus on things like healthy living, weight loss, and suicide prevention. You really feel like the managers you are working here care about you as a person. They don't treat you like an employee, you are a friend who is there to help get a job done.

Productive fun work place. Patients love visiting our clinic, which speaks for itself.

I love working here. I am really proud to be a nurse in the Wound Clinic at Utah Valley, because each nurse provides such excellent care for all of our patients.

Great opportunity to advance and perfect nursing skills.

High demand, high stress work environment that has enabled me to learn multi-tasking skills that I didn't realize I was lacking! IHC is an excellent organization that places great emphasis on all its employees doing the best job possible and furthering education in the process. I have enjoyed the team-work that takes place here and knowing that my coworkers and I work together to give patients the best care possible. The schedule has never really worked well and is the main reason I am looking into other options.

Too many leaders that don't know what the front line of healthcare is really like

Management that is all about saving money and does not understand what the front line employees are dealing with.
