excellent learning experience..Fun and exciting

working for NRMC gave me the experience to create menu's, train staff with new cooking techniques. The ability to manage a hospital, catering services, two LTC facilities, and a cafeteria. With the support and leadership from a great team we implemented room service, added healthy choices to the cafeteria and maintain all state and federal regulations. The most difficult aspect of my job, was learning hospital terminology, coming from a LTC back ground hospitals terminology was difficult to become accustom too. The most enjoyable part of my job, watching my staff learn and grow, the excitement we all felt when we would start a new program and the success we all shared.
