enjoyed fixing equipment cleaning painting repacking pumps valves

I enjoy working with old equipment boilers built in1949 two out three still in service enjoy working on manual operation of boilers no team work from coworker felt no cared about equipment

St joseph hospital is a great hospital with a good staff memband manager. Patient care safety values and pt care management is of high priority. SJH also have great benefit for staff members.

very much nice to work as hospital but hard as country to live

we have three operating room work as one team has two nurse in every room and one between the two rooms we work from 8.00 am to 3.30 pm starting with preparing for anesthesia doctors their medication and then prepared for cases every day maybe 15 operation to 20 and we work also with the endoscopic clinic as obligation then i go to evening shift as recovery nurse post anesthesia care unitei learned to work as anesthesia nurse helping prepare medication and intubation and helping in spinal anesthesia and in the operating room i has experience in work with ent , urology , general surgery and laparascopic operation and minor orthopedic and scoliosis modification spine for pediatric and neurosurgeryand in the recovery i learned how to assist that the patient has a good breathing and a good vital sign and the most important how to manage the pain after sure the patient is safei work with my team as scrup nurse and circulating nurse with very good corporationhard part is the country situation i mean wore in Palestine and Isreal and its difficult to move and livemost enjoyable part of workseeing some patient having a nice life and free of ill after operation

Was not a nurturing atmosphere, very punitive

When I started there, I felt that I wanted this to be my last job--be there until I retired. Did not work that way.I ended up being a scape-goat.When I had questions, there was only one charge nurse, who would not give you a hard time and not make you fell stupid.Also did not like the 8-hr days/nights. There were some 12 hour positions, but they were next to impossible to get into.
