Administration allowed lateral violence to occur and turned a deaf ear to repeated request for assistance.

You were in constant concern about keeping your license. They put you in jeopardy with patient care. Administration cares only about the doctors. They were the only employees who didn't have a difficult time reaching administtration to voice a complaint. The nurses were always put on the back burner and pushed to the limit. Nurses were scared to ban together for support, they thought if they supported the doctors they were safe from complaints. Guess they had to learn the hard way.It is a shame too. That was really a good group of medical staff with evidence of micromanaging by the doctors which interfered with nursing accomplishments.
