About Supplemental Health Care

Supplemental Health Care’s mission is to be the bridge between healthcare professionals and the facilities that need them.  We believe in finding the right person for the job and the right job for the person. If we do our part, you’ll be free to care for the patients that you work with every day. We call it our “Worry Less, Care More” philosophy, and it’s a promise we make to every employee.

We started our business over 30 years ago helping connect healthcare organizations with travel nurses and technicians. Since that time, we’ve continued to expand our services and geographic footprint to meet the changing demands of the healthcare industry.  Today, our network has grown to include a local presence across the U.S. and national divisions to support Travel Nursing, Travel Therapy & Radiology, Schools and Home Health.

Our clients include a diverse collection of facilities across a variety of settings including hospitals, home health, outpatient, skilled nursing, educational, and corrections. Whatever you’re looking for, we can help find the best option for you.

As recipients of the Best in Staffing Awards for both Clients and Talent, Supplemental Health Care is proud to be among only 2% of staffing companies singled out for distinction based on the real feedback of our employees and the clients we serve. We hope you’ll come see what a difference Supplemental Health Care can make for your career and goals.

Headquartered in Park City, Utah, we are proud to have earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval and to be named among the Largest Health Care Staffing companies in the United States by Staffing Industry Analysts.

Best Crew

The crew in the Fort Worth office were the best! I worked with them with Travel assignments and Local assignments until an injury requiring surgery forced me to take time away from nursing. No matter what situation arose, from “minor” to “OMG”, these ladies were on top of it... the only issue was RN work was more in demand, while LVNs got slim pickings; kinda like LVNs weren’t Nurses even though that’s what the “N” in LVN stands for...and the pay was good, too...I didn’t get “cheated”, and what my contract stated, was true; nothing “hidden” or falsified....I truly feel for those who were “wronged” by other Supplemental offices, but not all will do you like that...
