Collaborates with clinicians to assist with managing scheduling and performance improvement regarding patients. 9. Facilitates weekly multi-disciplinary team meetings. 10. Operationalizes agency goals within the scope of responsibility of the role. 11. Collaborates with other members of the care team when needed. 12. Plans and manages time effectively and productively. 13. Participates in task forces designed to improve patient outcomes. 14. Ensures that daily operations incorporate administrative and clinical performance improvement. 15. Actively participates in the quality assurance program. 16. Complies with and promotes adherence to applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including those within the Compliance and Ethics Program, Standard/Code of Conduct, Federal False Claims Act and HIPAA. 17. Identifies and resolves issues impacting clinical services. 18. Assess staffing needs for their respective team. 19. Acts as a resource to clinicians. 20. Provides direct patient care as needed. 21. Adheres to fiscal responsibility for clinical department. 22. Allocates resources appropriately. 23. Serves as an active participant within the clinical leadership team. 24.
