My name is Staci Culligan and I have been a recruiter for the past 20 years of which the past 6 years I have enjoyed working at American Traveler.

Over the course of my career,  I have placed over 2,500 nurses throughout the US.  That is a lot of nurses!

I love what I do and I enjoy working with my traveler’s to find the best location, salary, while also ensuring that the interview process is as  seamless as possible.

My goal is to always ensure that the traveler has an assignment lined up at the end of their contract, so I will continue to work  diligently typically 4-5 into an existing contract to make sure that we start  the interview process for the next assignment.  When traveler’s work with me, they will find someone that is dedicated, loyal, and a strong advocate on their behalf.

Outside of work, I love to travel with my husband and son to new places we have never been. Cruises are one of our favorite vacations!

I am currently working my very first travel contract. My recruiter, Staci has been ideal! She has so much positive passion for placing you where you want to be. She has been very patient and understanding with guiding me through this whole process, of my first contract. She is reliable, readily available, even on the weekends and late at night. If you are looking to travel, Staci is the recruiter for you.

Staci is the best recruiter you'll ever meet. She is phenomenal in her customer service and follow-up. The minute I have a question or need something, she is on the phone giving me an answer, even if the answer is "I don't know but I'll find out." She has found me a position in every city I've asked, even day shift, in 4 different states. I have complete faith in her and have been able to enjoy my travels without the added stress of worrying about a job. I have, and will continue to highly recommend Staci and American Traveler to every nurse that asks me about traveling. To put it simply, Staci is outstanding! If you are thinking about travel nursing, don't hesitate and contact her now.

Staci was the very first recruiter I spoke with when I started researching travel nursing. Others I've spoken to were adequate, but it just "clicked" with Staci. Today, I signed my 19th contract with her. I don't trust my career to any other company or recruiter. She's my lifeline!

I did a little travel nursing in CA 2005 - 2006. My most recent job was with assisted living residents and memory impaired. I worked for VNA some time ago, when they just started to use computer to document visit. Would I need to obtain a local position in VNA/Hospice to refresh my skills before being considered for a travel position?
