I’m on my 3rd assignment as a traveling DON so needless to say, I’m still new to this aspect of nursing. Veronica has been a tremendous source of reference. She has gone above and beyond to ensure I get optimal benefits for my assignments. She makes every effort to check in with me several times a month to make sure I’m happy or at peace with everything. If I have any questions or conerns, she’s a phone call away. If she can’t fix the issue, she connects me with the right person. I’ve never met Veronica but it feels as if I’ve known her my whole life. She’s genuine, compassionate, professional, and proficient and I enjoy working with her immensely!!
