Kathy Mullin

I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hillsdale College and have 20+ years of professional experience. I have worked in the sales industry for the majority of those years because I love working with people, and, worked for the past 5 years at Health Providers Choice in healthcare recruitment. When it comes to working for HPC, it has been rewarding to work for an award-winning and highly ranked health care staffing agency.  I love being on the helping side where I can help find what people are looking for.  It's great to be able to take the time to get to know the healthcare professional and hear what they are looking for in an assignment and what are their priorities are when looking for a new position.  Then, I love the challenge of searching for a match of their needs criteria and coming back to them with great options for an upcoming assignment.  It is very rewarding to make a great match of healthcare professional/job posting and building long term relationships with the healthcare workers I help.

I work almost entirely with referrals because my healthcare professionals give me the highest compliment and send their friends/co-workers over to me when they are looking for assignments.  I love working with these kind, hard working people and in this great industry of service to others!
