Becoming a traveling nurse can be described as jumping off a cliff. Many adventures, uncertainty, fears, rumors, and decisions to make. Knowing that Ronnie Eastman is my recruiter and is always there to "catch" me is one of the many reasons I recommend Medical Solutions and of course Ronnie Eastman himself! Ronnie is always available, via text, email or phone call, even if it is for a silly little question at a very odd time of day. He is very patient, kind, friendly and always goes up and beyond the call of duty, always making sure everything is concise and correct, and if there is a problem, he fixes it right away!. He by far is an OUTSTANDING recruiter. He not only is my boss, but a person I consider a great friend! He checks in on me periodically and always keeps me in the loop on things. As a nurse who is always looking for more options, Ronnie is always there with the answer and is always watching out for all of his employees.
