My story has a very different introduction from most recruiters. Almost 10 years ago, I entered the medical field, specializing in dialysis. Wanting more of career, I decided to travel and see what else was out there. Never in my lifetime I thought I would travel for almost 7 years, but that was the best decision made! I've traveled to places far and near, sharing my story to the world of travelers, patients, and colleagues respectively.
Most travel medical professionals would say they worked with many agencies, and I was no exception to that statistic.In 2012 however, I joined Fortus Healthcare, and never looked back. Nikeeda is truly a gem in the recruiter world. I constantly thank her for being so on top of it. She is always on the look out for the right contract and when she finds it, she will get you submitted at lightening speed! She is quick to respond and offers great advice, which is especially helpful since she's experienced traveling firsthand. I love working with Nikita for my travel assignments! She's so nice and easy to work with. I like that she knows what it's like to be in the traveler's position, because she has actually has been in the traveler's position. She really looks out for you. Nikita and Fortus make me feel appreciated!

I am a travel dialysis tech and have been working with nikeeda for about 3 years now. I had a few other recuiter before with other company's and it never felt right. I never felt like I trusted my previous recruiters. They never seemed like they were looking for what was best for me. Id goes days without being able to get ahold of my preview recruiters. Nikeeda changed all of that! I honestly feel that not only is she my recuiter, she is my friend, and my business partner. Someone I can fully rely on and is always looking out for my best interest. If I try to call and can't get ahold of nikeeda ( which is rare) , she always gets back to me by that day or the next at the latest. As long as I stay traveling she will always be my go to recruiter!
