I have been a Travel RN on and off for 15 years and I love working with Mackenzie. She always responds quickly to every text, phone call, or email even after hours (which I try not to do). She always answers my questions, is patient with me and if she doesn’t know the answer she reaches out to those who do and gets right back to me. Communication is so important and she is stellar at it! She will check in with me to see how my contract is going, I’ve had many who do not. Although I’ve given her crap about it ;) she always finds the silver lining, is a great listener and not a push-over. I trust her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
