In my work with Nurse 2 Nurse Staffing, I focus on creating a traveler-centered environment where our traveler's needs are always at the forefront! Some agencies forget that travelers are the lifeblood and representation of their companies, so it is my goal for travelers to know that they come first! My company involvement includes timekeeping, payroll processing, and AP/AR, but my real passion is matching healthcare professionals to the perfect assignments that suit their needs while genuinely getting to know all of our contract travelers! As a traveling nurse, our founder Jeremy Jones met many people who were either in a really bad contract and rethinking travel nursing or people who were working as staff nurses because of a bad travel assignment. His opinion is that travel nursing is the best job in the industry, so he set out to fix the problems he saw.

I really couldn’t ask for a better recruiter or a better company to be working with! Megan always makes sure I have everything I need and all of my questions are answered. I know I’m able to reach out to her at any time with any question and she will get back to me quickly and get me an answer. I love that I am able to go to her with nursing questions as well. When I needed some help with a cardiac test, she set me up to have a Skype lesson with Jeremy, on cardiac rhythms. I was able to do a review with him and felt so confident starting my next assignment. When I needed the help they were there for me that day! It didn’t take a week or a few days. They made sure to fit me in and make sure my needs were met right away. It’s nice to have a recruiter and company that makes sure you’re taken care of. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else!
