Hello! My name is Chris Palassis, and I am a Career Consultant for Medical Solutions. I work out of our Cincinnati, OH office, and I love my job!
I got married last year to a wonderful woman, and we are very excited to start our family. We have three cats, Remi, Lemi, and Khaleesi, an cannot wait to add a human baby to the mix!
In my free time, I like to play ice hockey and grass hockey (golf) and I also do pyrotechnics part time.

There isn't enough great things I can say about Chris Palassis, he is always there even if it's just for me to vent. He always handles situations that occur in a timely manner. He is a very personable person that I can identify with I feel like I've known him forever because he makes you feel like family. I feel like he always has my best interest at heart which makes us a great fit. I always recommend him whenever someone either wants to switch companies or they are just starting out because I know that they are in the very best hands. I'm usually not one to brag on someone but when you encounter a great person in your life sometimes you have to let others know about their greatness.

Chris is an awesome recruiter and person. This past year was my 1st travel nursing experience so it was very important that I had someone I could trust to guide me towards making the best decisions. That requires your recruiter to be very honest and dependable along with having an excellent background in travel nursing contracts. Chris meets all of these requirements and I could not have asked for a better recruiter! He is truly passionate about what he does and has excellent interpersonal skills. Chris has always made himself readily available and responds in a very timely fashion to any questions or concerns I may have. I have been working with Chris now for almost 1 year and would not have it any other way.

I love Chris! He is super helpful and listens to me when I tell him what I want in a contract. Stays on top of me to turn things in when I forget and always follow up to make sure things go smoothly. I like that he stays in touch but without being overbearing. He works hard even when I'm being picky and difficult to find me the right position. I've had to go outside of Medical Solutions to go to a location I wanted and he was still helpful in providing me paperwork and things I needed to work with another company. Would definitely recommend Chris as an excellent recruiter to any friend or coworker.

Chris is by far my favorite recruiter. I've been working with him over a few years and have been consistently amazed with how much work he puts in to ensure that I'm happy in all my assignments. Both financially and in terms of work-life balance, he's always gone above and beyond to ensure I'm happy in all arenas. He really works hard to accommodate to any requests I have, and is patient and thorough with my barrage of questions come contract time. Of all the recruiters I've worked I feel that I can trust him the most. He is consistently available - not just during negotiations, but throughout assignments, and will often call just to say hi and check in. We often trail off on side chats and have to reel the conversation back to work talks. He's just an all around rad guy. I've worked with other agencies, and always find myself comparing those recruiters to Chris - he sets the recruiter bar high!

Chris is fantastic! He has made my transition not only an easy one but an enjoyable one. He has been exceedingly honest and has went above and beyond what he had to do in order to help me find a job I loved. He is excellent at staying in contact and answering the many many questions that come up throughout this process. If anyone is looking for a career consultant, my advice would be to choose Chris. It's a decision you won't regret.
