The best recruiter and company I have ever worked for. I have been a travel nurse since 2000 and was with a few companies and was never satisfied. Then I found Denise Pottorff, I have been with Denise forever, With On Assignment and then followed her to Medical Solutions. I actually consider her my friend, my confidante, my shrink, and my wine advisory board along with being my recruiter and life coach. She is so patient, punctual, always responds quickly due to my known OCD of organization. I get nervous about 5 weeks to end of current assignment and she gets to work immediately, looking for money, location, or why I want to go where I want to go and she will find it every time. She goes above and beyond for me (I'm a hand full sometimes), I love her. I recommend Denise to everyone and anyone interested in travel nursing or who are unhappy with their travel company. She is the best at her job and enjoys it. She is absolutely THE BEST recruiter(Friend) there is!!!!!!!!!

I have known Denise for about 8 years through my travel nursing career. I met her when she was with her prior company and continued to stay in contact through the years. My first impression was " this person is too good to be real". But the more I worked with her and talked with her, I found that she is as genuinely concerned for her travelers as we are for our patients. She is on top of the details and works hard for her nurses. She gives 110% all the time. I have dealt with other recruiters in the past, but Denise sets the bar pretty darn high. And the fact that she was in the Marine Corps lets me know that she will go above and beyond and has a sense of duty and integrity.... she will do the right thing.
I cannot say enough good things about Denise.... she is a Nurse Recruiter Extrodinaire!!! And she is also a shining example of how good people can be.

My experience with Denise has been nothing less than stellar. This is my second round of traveling with Denise. I actually followed Denise from her prior company to Medical Solutions. With Denise, I never ever have to worry that all the details for my assignment haven't been hammered out as I head out for assignment. She will talk to you like you are old friends and she truly cares about you as a person as compared with companies that seem to have hype men/women lure you in. With Denise,you are a unique person with various needs and she is going to get you the best job possible for your skill set. I recommend Denise to any of my friends or family thinking about traveling as a nurse. She goes above and beyond to meet your needs whether it's your first assignment or your fifteenth. Denise has been exceptionally kind and helpful with me as I started my transition from Permanent to Travel Nursing! She not only was gung-ho about getting me a position quickly she also made sure to help coach me through the process and the learning curve with this new aspect of nursing care.
