Lucas was born and raised in Omaha, NE, and he attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. At UNL, he double majored in Marketing and Management with an Entrepreneurship emphasis. Upon graduating in 2023, Lucas decided to get into the healthcare recruiting industry because of his desire to help people and build relationships with others. Some of his hobbies include music, traveling, and going out with friends.
