My role as a recruiter is to act as your agent and advocate. I strive toward working to ensure my travelers receive the best possible pay and continue to retain gainful employment while being supported during tough times. I believe that success is a team effort.
I have been working in healthcare for over 30 years. I believe in honesty, transparency, integrity and collaborating to make sure we have the same goals. I have worked in the hospital in a level 1 trauma center, and an outpatient sports medicine clinic and spent the last 10 years in management. I understand the medical world. I understand there are many times nurses feel undervalued and underpaid. While I can not always control the pay rates coming in for contracts, I will always advocate to get you the best option I can find.
I want travelers to realize I am a strong nurse advocate. I will always be on your side, defending your rights, values, and worth. I am available to assist with what you need. If I don't have the answer, I will always find someone that does. I don't believe that there is one recruiter that fits every nurse. To me, the most important part is making sure you feel confident in working with me and trust that I have your back.
A little about me:
I am married to my husband Matt. He is an Army Veteran and a paramedic/firefighter for the City of Omaha for the last 25 years. I have 2 sons, Eli, a Sophomore in college, and Wyatt a Junior in high school. My husband and I own a small woodworking business. We work with his dad in repurposing barn wood into American flags and pieces of furniture to create new family treasures.
