Type of staff:
Day Shift – Grid- 2 CNC/Charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNA, 1 HUC
Night Shift – Grid- 2 CNC/Charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNA, 1 HUC
Patient Ratios – 4/1 at grid 5/1 stretched
Type of equipment – IV pumps, Skylift, PCA pump, Chest tube, Trachs, Patient lifts
EMR - Cerner

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Neuro and Trauma Care experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Neuro and Trauma Care experience

Neuro and spinal checks
C-Collar placement, TLSO braces
Chest tube, PCA pump, IV infusions
Lumber drain
Feeding tube placement
Blood transfusion

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Floating Area(s):
Stepdown units, Med-surg units
Dress Code:
Scrub Color/Attire - Navy blue

Weekends and On call(if any)
