Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - CVICU

• Monitor hemodynamic readings, including swans and art lines
• Manage ventilator settings and ensure patient respiratory support
• Apply strong critical thinking skills in emergency scenarios
• Provide patient care with precision and adherence to protocols

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - CVICU

• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Active TX RN License
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• NIH Stroke Certification
• Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred
