Night Shift – 1 charge, # Floor RN s based upon 5:1 ratio, No techs
Patient Ratios – 5:1, estimated never guaranteed

EMR – Meditech / CPN
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role:
Minimum 1-year current acute care Telemetry Hospital experience
BLS & ACLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Prior Mediech experience
NIH
Experience working in large trauma facilities
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Managing IV Drips, EKG s and administering of medications
Chest tubes and managing devices like pacemakers
Best personality Fit:
Positive can do attitude, compassionate, caring and flexible
Patient care experience is a priority
