Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Newborn (LDRP) settings
• Manage high-risk labor including Pitocin titration and fetal monitoring interpretation
• Circulate C-sections and participate in neonatal resuscitation as needed
• Deliver postpartum and couplet care with patient ratios of 1:1 (labor) and 3:1 (couplet care)
• Float within Women's Services as operationally required
• Document and manage orders, charges, and medication scanning using facility EMR systems

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Demonstrated competency in high-risk labor management, fetal monitoring interpretation, and neonatal resuscitation
• Postpartum and couplet care competency

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and STABLE certification
• Previous experience in a rural hospital setting
• Experience working within an LDRP care model
