Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed per Week | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 23-bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 patient ratio
• Assess, triage, and manage emergency patients across varying acuity levels during night shift hours
• Document patient care accurately using MedHost EDIS electronic medical records system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Current PALS and TNCC certifications

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting
• Familiarity with MedHost EDIS electronic medical records platform
