About the Position

Job Title

Travel RN – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)

Contract | Travel | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: 07/06/2026

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, including circulating on open-heart cases
• Assist with Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) procedures and other cardiovascular surgical cases
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio in a 13-bed OR suite
• Document accurately using Meditech EMR
• Fulfill on-call requirements of 2 nights per week and 1 weekend per month

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience
• Demonstrated ability to circulate on open-heart/cardiac surgery cases (hard stop requirement)
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Meditech EMR
• Ability to meet on-call obligations as outlined by the unit

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience circulating on a high volume of open-heart cases
• Prior travel nursing experience in a CVOR setting
