Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Rotating Shifts — 5 x 8-hour day shifts with variable start times, including on-call coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room throughout the perioperative process
• Perform scrub and/or circulating RN duties as assigned during surgical procedures
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and adhere to sterile technique protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts
• Prior operating room nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Flu vaccine required
• Must have own reliable transportation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in both scrub and circulating roles within a surgical setting
• Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties
• CNOR certification preferred
