Job Title

Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Decatur, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Step-Down setting
• Monitor and assess patients requiring an intermediate level of care
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Document patient status, progress, and responses to treatment accurately and timely

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 18 months of PCU, IMC, or Step-Down nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a long-term acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting
• ACLS certification
