To qualify, you need an active Wisconsin registered nurse license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 1 year of recent CVICU experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is recommended. Recommended skills include strong clinical judgment, adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency with advanced cardiac monitoring and critical care equipment.
