Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with clinical protocols
• Provide direct patient care in a stepdown/IMC/PCU setting with varying patient ratios
• Perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and lifting as required for patient care
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Maintain clear and professional communication with patients, families, and staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current ACLS certification
• Experience in an IMC, PCU, or stepdown unit setting
• Ability to perform physical duties including pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience managing higher patient ratios in a stepdown or intermediate care environment
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
