About the Position

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, including management of ventilated patients
• Perform IV insertions and PICC line placements as required
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using Meditech charting system
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Float to other departments or affiliated facilities as needed based on departmental rotation schedules

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of ICU experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Active Georgia RN license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Proficiency with ventilator management, IV insertion, and PICC lines
• Active BLS certification (American Heart Association), ACLS, and NIHSS required prior to start
• Meditech charting experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity critical care environment
• Familiarity with floating across multiple departments or facilities
