About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in PCU License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Experience in telemetry monitoring - Previous travel nursing experience preferred Description: Schedule includes weekdays with occasional weekends and rotating holidays. Must be willing to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. Provide care to patients within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 1 nurse to 5 patients. Utilize skills in IV starts and telemetry monitoring. Familiarity with an electronic health record system for documentation is required. Candidates must be made aware of the urgency of the fingerprinting process. Compliance with credentialing requirements is essential.
