Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | 36 or 48 hours per week guarantees available | Projected Start: August 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide routine and complex nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments per appropriate protocol; monitor for side effects and effectiveness of prescribed treatments
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with scope of practice
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately and thoroughly
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers; identify issues and available resources
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers as needed to effectively manage clinical situations

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of employment or valid compact license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Medical/Surgical or related nursing specialty
• Ability to practice independently and manage complex, contingent clinical situations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• Background working with post-surgical populations including orthopedics, general surgery, and neurology patients
