Travel NSICU RN jobs in Asheville, North Carolina place you in an 853-bed Level I trauma center and Magnet-designated teaching hospital. You will provide specialized care for critically ill neuroscience patients in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit, supported by advanced stroke and surgical services. Asheville is surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains and is home to the famous Biltmore Estate, a historic mansion and gardens. The city also features the vibrant River Arts District, known for its galleries and studios. You must have an active North Carolina or compact RN license, at least 2 years of recent neuroscience or intensive care nursing experience, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Experience with Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) systems and strong skills in neuro assessment and critical care are recommended.
