Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | 40 hours per week; schedule options include 2x8-hour shifts (6:30 AM–3:00 PM) and 2x12-hour shifts (6:30 AM–7:00 PM), or 4x10-hour shifts (6:30 AM–5:00 PM); call requirements included

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate and scrub for total joint and spine surgical procedures
• Provide skilled intraoperative nursing care in a fast-paced operating room environment
• Fulfill weekday call coverage for spine cases one day per week (call begins at 5:00 PM through 7:00 AM, with start time subject to adjustment based on OR schedule)
• Participate in one weekend call rotation per month covering Friday through Sunday with 24-hour coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Demonstrated ability to both circulate and scrub total joint procedures
• Demonstrated ability to both circulate and scrub spine procedures
• Ability to fulfill on-call requirements including weekday and weekend coverage

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an orthopedic or spine-focused operating room setting
• Comfort with varied shift lengths and flexible scheduling arrangements
