Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: August 3, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Observation unit during overnight shifts
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, and response to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• Current BLS certification (ACLS may be required)
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Travel nursing availability for a 13-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Observation unit setting
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
