Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Accurately document all patient care activities in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification in hand at time of submission
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months (Charge RN references accepted)
• Clear background check; no open cases or license hits will be accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Experience within a single facility for the required specialty tenure
