Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED

•

Provide high-quality emergency care for pediatric and adult patients

•

Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage critical care drips

•

Assist in vent management and chest tube insertion

•

Perform PIV starts and administer TNK/TPA

•

Conduct conscious sedation and ESI Assessments

Requirements of the RN - ED

•

Valid RN license with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications

•

CPI certification required within 30 days of starting

•

A minimum of 2 years ED RN experience

•

TNCC certification preferred
