Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

•

Provide high-quality patient care in the ER setting

•

Perform airway and respiratory procedures

•

Assist with rapid sequence intubation and other emergency procedures

•

Manage vascular access and trauma procedures

•

Monitor and assist in pediatric emergency procedures

•

Administer medications and critical care infusions

•

Coordinate trauma activations and manage alerts

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

•

ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC, NIH, CPI certifications

•

Expertise in caring for an acute population

•

Experience with Meditech

•

High energy and excellent communication skills
