Key Responsibilities of the RN - Electrophysiology Lab
•
Scrub and circulate during EP procedures, including ablations and CRM devices
•
Perform documentation and maintain sterile technique
•
Manage airway and hemodynamic monitoring during nurse-led sedation
•
Assist with arterial/venous sheath management and defibrillator threshold testing
•
Engage in advanced arrhythmia management and utilize EPIC/Cupid EMR
Requirements of the RN - Electrophysiology Lab
•
RN License with BLS and ACLS certifications
•
Minimum 2 years of experience in an EP Lab setting
•
Experience in scrubbing EP procedures such as Ablations, CRM Devices, LAAO, and LLE
