Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

•

Manage labor, delivery, and post-partum care for patients

•

Conduct daily safety and patient experience rounding

•

Perform inductions, manage C-sections, and assist with vacuum or forceps deliveries

•

Transition newborns with comprehensive assessments

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

•

BLS and NRP certifications

•

Fetal Monitoring training

•

Experience with labor and delivery, including managing OB emergencies
