Patient-centered care model including hourly safety rounding and bedside shift reporting
**Requirements:**
•
Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing
•
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
•
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
•
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
•
Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience required
•
Experience with renal patient populations strongly preferred
